The facilities and laboratories must be kept clean and their equipments in good condition and working. This not only depends on the technician, but also on the users.
There should be a public notebook for the users built up with the Analysis Request Forms. It is very important to completely fill all the information requested in these forms. An incidence notebook will be also available.
The delivery of the sample(s) should be done, always accompanied by the Analysis Request Form, to the technician-in-charge.
